Who Do We Serve?
Park Center serves persons (ages 18 and over) who have mental illness and substance use disorders and who may also be experiencing homelessness. Approximately 99% of the individuals served are low-income and/or receive social security or disability benefits.
What Types of Programs Do We Offer?
Park Center has three locations in Nashville and offers the following programs:
- Co-Occurring Services
- Emerging Adults Services
- Homeless Outreach Services
- Psychiatric Rehabilitation
- Residential Services
- Supported Employment
Park Center currently has 15 Certified Psychiatric Rehabilitation Practitioners (CPRP) on staff, more than any other mental health agency in Tennessee.
Why is this important? This certification is important as it assures our members that Park Center staff is highly trained in the core principles of recovery – that all members should be treated with respect and should receive services that focus on their strengths while giving them the tools to improve their overall quality of life. These recovery principles are at the forefront of all Park Center programs.
