Referral Availability During Temporary Closure

Park Center's top priority is the safety and health of our members and staff. In response to the ongoing rise in COVID-19 cases, we have decided to extend our temporary closure of all Park Center indoor in-person programs past mid-January. In-person programs include our Psychiatric Rehabilitation Day Program, Emerge Day Program, Intensive Outpatient Program and Outpatient Program. We will maintain regular and ongoing communication via telephone with our members until we resume in-person services. 

• Psychiatric Rehabilitation Day Program is not currently accepting referrals; this program will start accepting referrals again when in-person services resume.
• IOP is continuing to accept referrals for virtual and telehealth sessions.
• Emerge Day Program is continuing to accept referrals
