About Dani

Dani Lieberman is a seasoned nonprofit leader with nearly 30 years of experience driving organizational excellence in the sector. As the Chief Operating Officer of Park Center, she oversees key operational departments, including IT, Quality Improvement, and Property Management, ensuring a strong infrastructure that supports both employees and persons served.

With a Master’s in Social Work from the University of Tennessee and certification as a Psychiatric Rehabilitation Practitioner (CPRP), Dani is deeply committed to advancing mental health services and strengthening nonprofit operations. Her diverse leadership experience spans quality assurance, operations, fundraising, and grants management, where she has successfully implemented innovative strategies to enhance efficiency and maximize mission impact.

In addition to her work at Park Center, she is a CARF Surveyor, providing peer consultation and accreditation reviews to behavioral health organizations nationwide. Dani and her husband live in Brentwood, TN, and she is a proud mother of a first-year student at the University of Tennessee. Passionate about improving nonprofit systems, fostering collaboration, and driving meaningful change, she remains dedicated to making a lasting impact in the communities she serves.
