A proven organizational leader with successful financial market experience and strategic business plan development, Theophilus combines his financial background with quality improvement knowledge and management and operations experience. He is skilled in maintaining ethical corporate, government, and community relationships.

Theophilus brings a particularly strong background in finance and operations, most recently serving with Newport Healthcare, a national behavioral healthcare organization based in Nashville. His prior experience also includes roles with Uniguest and Bridgestone. He holds an MBA from Rutgers University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Florida A&M University.
