Supervised Living with Wellness & Life Skills Focus
Our Supported Housing program provides Psychosocial Rehabilitation (PSR) services for adults seeking housing and support for their mental health recovery.
Each resident shares a bedroom with one other person. Cost of rent includes room and utilities.
Services
Residents receive personalized coaching to develop skills for independent living and have access to educational groups on wellness, cooking, cleaning, and hygiene.
Staff provides individualized coaching to learn skills needed to transition to independent living.
Staff is on duty 24/7 to provide support and supervision.
Supported Housing Eligibility
- For adults with a diagnosis of serious mental illness or co-occurring disorder
- TennCare required
- Ability to pay rent of $500-$700/month, depending on location
- Cannot be on the sex offender registry
- Not appropriate for individuals with intellectual disability
- No time limit to services, though TennCare must continue to authorize consumer’s eligibility
