We offer services for individuals seeking support for their mental health and substance use recovery.

Park Center’s staff use a person-centered, strengths-based approach to treatment for individuals with mental health and substance use disorders.

Our Approach

We honor the harm reduction philosophy, while incorporating a variety of interventions tailored to each unique individual.

Our Intensive Outpatient and Outpatient programs provide individual counseling, group counseling, and educational groups to support individuals as they work to achieve their personal goals of wellness and recovery.

Our programs utilize the Hazelden co-occurring curriculum, interactive journaling by The Change Companies, and other evidence-based practices to provide an integrative approach to co-occurring recovery.

Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)

This alternative to residential treatment is a 10-week program that provides individual counseling, group counseling, educational workshops, experiential activities, and ongoing access to alumni events. This program is (15) hours per week. We currently have two options for IOP groups:

  • Monday-Friday from 9:00am to 12:00 pm at our Hillsboro Village office
  • Every Monday, Wednesday and Thursday from 4:00pm-7:00 pm onsite at Samaritan Recovery Community in East Nashville.

Outpatient Program (OP)

This style of programming offers both flexibility and stabilization as a complementary approach to one’s transitional needs. OP provides individual counseling, group counseling, educational workshops, experiential activities, and ongoing access to alumni events. This program is (6) hours per week.

Alumni Aftercare

Graduates of the IOP and OP programs continue to have access to groups for ongoing support. Park Center also hosts monthly alumni speakers to share their story of experience, strength, and hope with current members.
